Bogus reviews/Great food

 I just find it funny that people write bogus reviews about a place. The new Winners [ ...More ] circle wasnt even open until the end of February. I have been going there since it opened and the food and atmosphere is awesome.
You 2 should really go there now that it is open, better yet stay away, they have much happier customers that dont make up lies.
Nine beers on tap and 40 bottled beer seems like a good choice of beer to me, just more proof that they have never been there. [ ...Less ]
Winners Circle is still #1
 I never visited the original Winner's Circle, but when I went in March, it was AWESOME! Who [ ...More ] care's about service? It's not a restaurant, people ; it's a BAR! Ask for a drink, you get it; ask for the greatest wings in Florida, you get them; ask for great live music ; you get it! It's all there. It's pretty small, but it's fitting for a hometown kinda bar. I've never seen a fight break out there or a drunkard bothering anyone. It's a pretty nice place to hang out on a saturday night, whether you drink or not. [ ...Less ]

The best food I ever made (and didn't burn)
 I'm a little surprised to be the first to review BD's.
BD's is one of those "gimmick" [ ...More ] restaurants (like the Ice Cream places that sing to you - come for the experience, stay for the sugar rush). But in this case, the gimmick doesn't really get old. You start with an empty bowl and go down a line of raw ingredients, piling on what you like.
Think homestyle buffet, only you have to wait for it to be cooked afterwards. Once you pile your bowl full or raw meats, veggies, pastas, seasonings, and a little bowl of sauce (there's plenty of everything to choose from) you take it up to the grill to get it cooked. Apparently Mongolians only eat food cooked on a circular slab of heated metal - and they're the wise for it.
Enjoy the little show, tip the chef for not burning your dinner, then dig in. It's everything you love about making your own food, with none of the cleanup. This also allows you to experiement with food combinations that you normally wouldn't have all on hand at once. I like to see how spicy I can get mine before my head explodes (note: this hasn't happened yet).
Plenty of food, plenty of fun, plenty of making fun of your companions for their predictable "Chicken and Broccoli" medley. Enjoy! [ ...Less ]
